FAQ

How much can I borrow?
Fill out our easy online application form and you can be approved for up to £5,000 to use for the parts you wish to purchase. 

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a minimum of 10% deposit is required. The higher the deposit, the lower your monthly payments will be. 

How are my monthly payments paid?
All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of the finance agreement and subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

What type of parts can I purchase?
Almost everything apart from consumable items that potentially would require replacing before the finance period has been completed, e.g. brake pads, tyres, oils and the like. Special order items cannot be returned and please remember that the minimum order value is £300 including VAT. A small minority of parts are not available on finance but please contact us to check.

What length of repayment is available?
You can choose a 3, 6, 10 or 12 month loan repayment period.

Can I pay my agreement off early?
You may make full or partial repayment at any time, by giving oral or written notice to V12, in person, by telephone, by post or e-mail to 20 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ, on 02920 468900 or at customerservices@v12finance.com and by making the repayment.
